taxi.rent.wf charges drivers a per-ride dispatch fee for its dispatch software, prepaid in bundles shown in the driver cabinet as credits (one credit = one completed ride). The dispatch fee pays for the dispatch software only — the ride fare is paid directly by the passenger to the driver.
Dispatch fee price
- $3.50 per credit (USD), where one credit = one completed ride.
- Prices may change with notice; the price shown in the driver cabinet at the time of purchase applies.
Prepaid bundles
- +10 rides — $35.00
- +50 rides — $175.00
Dispatch fees are processed securely by our payment provider (Paddle). Unused prepaid fees are refundable under the Refund Policy.
Free credits
- Welcome bonus — new drivers receive free credits after their first completed ride.
- Referral bonus — you and a referred driver each earn free credits when they complete their first ride.
How credits are used
- One credit is consumed per completed ride (dispatch + matching).
- If a ride is cancelled or does not complete through no fault of the driver, the credit is returned to your balance.
- Credits are non-refundable once consumed.
