Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of taxi.rent.wf (the "Service"), operated by FodyLabs. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service is dispatch management software used by independent taxi drivers to receive, manage and complete ride requests. Riders use the Service to request a ride. FodyLabs provides the software only and does not itself provide transport. Each ride is provided by the driver who accepts it. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of FodyLabs.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Riders sign in via Google. Drivers join through the Telegram bot and must be approved before they can receive offers.
3. Booking
You set a pickup and drop-off, see an estimated fare, and confirm. Confirming dispatches the ride to nearby drivers. A ride is not guaranteed until a driver accepts.
4. Fares and payment
Fares are estimates based on distance and time and are shown before booking. The final fare may change if the route, duration or number of stops changes. The ride fare is paid directly by the passenger to the driver by cash or card as indicated in the app. FodyLabs does not collect, process or hold ride fares. The only charge FodyLabs makes is a separate dispatch software fee paid by drivers, described below.
4.1 Dispatch fee (drivers)
Drivers pay a per-ride dispatch fee to use the Service's dispatch software. The fee is prepaid in bundles shown in the driver cabinet as credits; one credit is consumed per completed ride. The dispatch fee pays for the dispatch software and matching only — it is not the ride fare, which the passenger pays directly to the driver. The current price is $3.5 per credit and may change with notice. Dispatch fees are processed by our payment provider (Paddle). Unused prepaid fees are refundable as described in our Refund Policy. During the launch period, fees may be issued at no charge.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel a ride as shown in the app. Repeated abuse may lead to suspension of your account.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, provide false information, or attempt to defraud drivers or FodyLabs. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. FodyLabs does not guarantee driver availability, response times, or the accuracy of maps or fare estimates.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FodyLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for any loss arising from a ride itself, which is the responsibility of the driver providing it.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold FodyLabs harmless against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
10. Intellectual property
All content and software in the Service belong to FodyLabs or its licensors.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. FodyLabs may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law of your country provides otherwise.
